Misleading with accounts for customer

I phoned in earlier in the month to find out my balance, they told me that my account is owing R199, TO MY SURPRISE TODAY an amount of R233.74 WAS deducted from my account, when I phone to find out, they ARE SAYING that R199 didn't included the service fee. I am not happy with home choice with how they deal with their accounts, I must just close my account and give me my settlement letter
