Misleading information

I have purchased a bedding set and took it over 3 months. N did advise the agent that i will pay within two months total of R1200 to avoid interest and he said it was acceptable. I did exactly as planned however after i made the second payment via bank deposit the collections department calls me and was absolutely rude to me saying my account is in arrears ect. Both manager and agent was absolutely rude. I started receiving sms's with all different amounts supposedly im owing homechoice. When i called them an agent says that i have to pay the interest amount despite the initial arrangements made. I've bought multiple times via cash purchases however the first time i purchased on credit i was mislead and yelled at by their collections department for being a good payer!!! Theres no respect for the consumers that keep their business a float... Without us the customers they wouldn't be able to function as a thriving business
