Misleading and Dishonest

Worse business you could ever deal with. I like the concept but again I say and it's my secomd complaint against them. Firstly after a purchase is made it shouldn't take you 7 to 14 days and sometimes even more than 21 days to recieve your items but again they are ready to bill you on time I had simi**** issue with Telkom. They advertise items online or in their catalogues but don't carry stock. This is really frustrating because now you have completed the sale and this is the response you get from the consultants. Why advertise something that's not in stock and mislead the consumer. My wife and I purchased 2 Samsung galaxy watches and it should said on their website that's it is out of stock n don't allow the transaction to go through. Firstly change ur logistics dept to get things right and stop misleading customers. I and sending this information to the consumer affairs board.
