Misleading advert and they careless about their clients
I placed an order for the 1st time but they delivered the wrong one then I had to return it on my own expens yet it was them who send the wrong one then they called after receiving my return but to my dissapointment my order was sold out I could only get comforters instead of duvet set how I wish i should have cancelled my order because I got double instead of queens size comforters that can't covermy full bed but only half. What I realised about HMC is dat they careless about their clients but care about their company,calling their call centre is a waist of time and airtime. Please anyone who's looking for bed set don't even think about this useless company.

10 Sept 2019, 11:10How long does it take Lee Ann to call clients because I haven't got a call from her but what's so funny I'm getting calls from HMC sales consultant who drop your calls when you ask to be speak to their team leader or superviser or be transferred to complain department. I will never place order with them again.
