I made and paid for my order online on the 30 July till today on 17 Aug 22:00pm still waiting for my delivery, i called customer care today and spoke with Samantha who **** to me and never wanted to put me through to the team leader, i finally did and spoke with Valencia -team leader, who promised to give me feedback by 12pm today, needless to say she never called me back, not even an email, sms, nothing, i am beyond shocked and disgusted by their unprofessionalism, what a useless company
