****MERS _ PAID FOR AN ORDER AND NEVER DELIVERED

I actually want to give zero for this store, it's a pity that it only start with 1 star. This company don't care about their customers, don't waste your hard earned money on any of their products. otherwise you will pay for stuff that will never get delivered and they won't even bother to call you to try and sort out the issue. I place an order for R6K and paid cash. Homechoice only delivered part of that order, so I thought let me just call them and find out why they didn't deliver my order in full, they told me to expect the remaining parcels in few days time because it's on the floor somewhere with their courier. Days went by and still nothing, so I called them again, only for their consultant to tell me that on their system it shows as delivered that time i got nothing. i told her i didn't get it and she asked me for affidavit. i gave them the affidavit thinking that they will sort it out but instead they went AWOL on me, i called them several times for follow up and most of the time they don't answer and went they final do they tell me that they are still investigating. Even now I am still waiting for my order or at least my refund
