<p>Good day</p> <p>I hereby would like to lodge a complaint about a letter that I received from Home choice in March saying that I owe them.</p> <p>I used to have an account way back almost 10 years now, when I called the call center to query this a lady told me that I also bought something last in February 2017 which I did not.</p> <p>This is call ref no: ********** 73 – they gave me.</p> <p>My account no: ********** 03</p> <p> </p> <p>They said i must send an affidavit confirming that i do not owe Homechoice a cent, I send all that on the 24th March 2017 with no responds, with no one coming back to me telling me of the progress on the query, I'm now gonna be blacklisted for something that i never did, I need a response on this as a matter of urgency and need my name to be cleared from Homechoice they are pathetic!!!</p> <p>The e-mail I sent is sitting wiht the ***** department the e-mail they gave it's :: ********** which I even doubt if it works as the number on the letter they sent : ********** it's not working as well, they removed my number on the system and the company name is not the same as the one I work for.</p> <p> </p> <p>These Homechoice ****** must please resolve this and delete my account completely form their system.!!!</p>
