Lower quality items

This is a formal complaint to Homechoice for my recent order received

Balcony dryer Hangers Laundry Basket

I honesty expected quality items, but to my surprise Items were of low quality ,the so called balcony dryer is an absolute joke ,it’s super small falls of the balcony all the time and as for the hangers they are all broken,super lower quality it’s like they never existed

I am deeply disgusted by this delivery and will not be making any further purchases from Homechoice in future

Please remove my name off your Marketing list as I want nothing else from Homechoice
