Long-overdue

Their courier doesn't want to deliver to my home adress ,the want me to come to town ,even though I gave them my home adress.its been 36 days waiting my delivery. I have been in contact with them through messenger,they now say I should be the one calling the courier,how is that my problem now.i need my parcel.we had a good 2year relationship..they are starting to fail me now
