Limited areas of delivery and **************, and poor service

Hi I will never ever order anything from homechoice.I even hate the name homechoice.I odered an Ivana bedroom suit and a restonic bed as a gift for my mother.It had to be delivery to her in Colenso KZN as a suprice.I was told that they will not deliver because it is high risk.I feel undermined and discriminated because Colenso is my home town.The ironic part is that my older sister resides in Ladysmith which is 15 minutes away from Colenso but she orders in Home choice and they deliver for her. My questions is what is the purpose of advertising on national TV is it is limited for special people in special areas.I will never recomend homechoice to anyone not even my colleagues.I am also dissaponted with the service because it took them three weeks to contact me about my order
