Letter of settlement
Good day,<br> <br> I have settled my home choice account on sunday the 14th June 2015, and i phoned them on monday to request a letter of settlement, then they told me that my account has been handed over to the lawyes they gave me the numbers to call the lawyers but the lawyers seems not to know anything about it. And the sms that i received for account number is from home choice not from the lawyers. so when i call the number that i got from Home choice they send me back to home choice and i urgenty need that letter. I also want my name to be removed from ITC.My ID Number is ***, ref number for this account is ***.
