Last i buy from homechoice

Homechoice is making my life a living hell. Had a debt with them and asked them to debit the remaining balance and close the account. I was told all was arranged and the money was debited at the end of june. End of July got a statement saying i owe them 72 cents. I mean come on is that a way of holding on to customers? They even call me asking me if i want to make a purchase.
