Items not delivered

I placed an order on the 23Dec2022, and 2 days later I received a tracking number from DPD laser and it stated that my order will be delivered on the 30th Dec 2022. The order has not arrived and I saw that homechoice will be debiting money from my account. I called and sent emails to homechoice so they can follow uo with DPD laser, to no avail. I then emailed DPD laser who told me that they will search for it on the floor and they wanted me to tell me the things that I bought.

Homechoice should have followed up on this as this is their courier, and I bought from them. Horrible Horrible service
