ITC mess

I ordered about 2 months ago and now my ITC is a mess. The total balance is now reflecting as the minimum payment due on ITC. I need confirmation and proof that this was sorted.

also confirm why i never received my free gift when the order was placed and also explain how i was charged delivery fee on all the items if only one delivery was made? this is surely ripping customers off .

also note that i am not Esebell.... or what ever name you have on the system. just wish i never bought stuff from you. this surely will be my last time ever!!!!
