Irregular cost and harrasment by Debt collection of Homechoice.co.za
I contact Homechoice to ask for a detailed statement for the period of a year that includes all interest, payments and cost. As I made payments to my account every month but the amount outstanding on my account stays the same. I request this statements to reconsile the cost of and payments as I was handover to a debt collection company that is harrasing me and even call me at 4 in the morning or after 22h00 in the evening. I want to reconsile this statement and forward it to the counsel of debt collectors

25 Oct 2022, 08:43I noticed that Homechoice charged me each month for late payments as I dispute that. I have proof that I made each month on the end of the month my payment by eft. I Demand that Homechoice refund that charges as it is ******* and not fair as payment is made on the end of the month as my bank statement also reflects the date for the past year this payments

You allready ask interest on my amount outstanding on my account and your statement to said I am in arrears give your company the right to ask a fee for late payments while you allready ask interest on the amount outstanding is ******* as you hide fees by changing the discription of the fees charged
