Irate ,miserable waiting for my money since 9/12/2020

I urgently need advise how else my issue can be resolved with Homechoice as to date I have still not received my refunds

I received a sms on the 25 Feb advising that my refund has been approved and funds will be available with 48-72 hours, to date I have not received my refund

I sent a follow up to Lee-Ann Petersen(customer success specialist) yesterday at 12:46 but has not received a response yet

There is no success in my ongoing nightmare and all i want is my money back
