**** iPhone

Bought an iPhone from Homechoice in Dec 2025 after being pushed to take credit. After just 4 months, the phone completely died and only shows a laptop/charger screen. An iPhone store confirmed it’s NOT a software issue and must be returned to the supplier. Now Homechoice refuses to take responsibility, claims I “lost benefits,” and expects me to pay R13,000 for a useless phone. I’ve been paying every month, yet they continue debiting my account for a device that does not work—and refuse to repair or replace it. That is unacceptable and feels like a ****. I’ve used iPhones for over 8 years with no issues. This clearly raises serious concerns about where Homechoice sources their devices. Their products need to be investigated. Fix this immediately or I will escalate this matter further.
