Interest rate for what????

<p>This is most probably the worst place/company to have an account with. The worst service, they do not know what they are doing; you pay your account and they keep on sending you letters that you are in arrears. I have made an arrangement of my last payment and they include an interest. How come did I owe nothing and have an interest and I did pay the interest and now they send me a letter stating that I am in arrears, the is no way I am going to pay for that money.</p> <p> The absolute worst, I wish someone could remove them from the service providers list or something, I am so sick and tired of them, they phone you 20 times a day as well. Totally ignoring what you have told them the day before, USELESS!!!!!</p> <p> </p>
