Interest on minus balance???
I have received my October statement a few minutes ago and see that Home Choice has charged me R77.86 interest. I don't owe any monies so why are you charging me interest of R77.86? My account is in a minus balance which means that Home Choice owes me money and should have reimbursed me this amount rather that charging me interest. <br> <br> I want my account to be cancelled as of immediate effect because according to my knowledge this is ********. How can I pay interest of R77.86 on an amount of minus R151.56? To me it sounds that you just want to take the R151.56.<br> <br> I am so disgusted with the way you treat your customers. I don't want to deal with Home Choice in future. Please do not contact me or mail me with any of your specials or newsletters because I never want to purchase from Home Choice ever again.<br> <br>
