Dear Home choice, i had good telephone conversation with Ms Gaba. I wish all you call centre agent be like her. I understood every thing she said to me. She even ask me am i happy with the explanation and she kept asking if i understand. ms Gaba thank you so much i really appreciate. And you know what you just made my day. its my birhtday today. :-)
