Increasing instalments

I have accounts that are to one at HomeChoice, I was told that when one of my accounts is paid up my installment will decrease, if I am nit mistaken 2 of my accounts have been paid up now but my installment is increasing instead of decreasing. I am so unhappy about because I don't know what is going on.
