INCORRECT DEBIT ORDER AND CREDIT LIMIT!!!!!PLEASE CORRECT YOUR ERRORS!!!!

You have been debiting my account incorrectly for the past 3 month ,you have been debiting less amount and I do not know the reason because I always had funds on my account.The less amounts you have been debitinghas now affected my credit limit my currently limit is 15,000 and I want to buy something that is 17,000.It is all your fault had you been debiting correct amount my account would be in correct state.I recieved an sms early this month with a link stating clearly that you do acknolwedge the error and it will be firxed this month and also it will be corrected on Credit Bereu,but today I recieved a call stating that you cant up my limit because my account is on arrears.
