Incomplete goods delivered

Last year I bought blankets at Home Choice. I was supposed to receive three blankets but I only received two. I had to put in a complaint and also had to complete a form with regards to the incomplete blankets delivered. I did all of that and I was told that my account will be credited when I finish paying my account. I finished paying my account last year December and I was not refunded or my account was not credited. I'm so disappointed with homechoice and I have decided not to purchase anything from them. I will seek legal assistance if this matter is not resolved. Dissatisfied and disappointed customer.
