*********** Staff & Pathetic Service

I ordered online & paid for the goods via EFT. i then called 2 days later to follow up on my order & was told that my order is being processed. I then call again 2 weeks later to follow up on delivery of my goods & i then spoke to 2 call centre agents who had very bad attitudes, the second agent then told me that sorry they are out of stock & cut my call once they heard what my query was about. <br> <br> I then called the 3rd time & i asked for a manager i was then placed on hold for a hour with no assistance.<br> <br> this is pathetic & unacceptable service. i will never order from homechoice AGAIN & i will make sure i tell everybody about their poor service.
