*********** staff hang up instead of assisting

Home choice are harassing me for payment for something an ex employee of 6 years ago bought and must have given my number as a reference. When I explain to them the agents just hang up on me! I have called them and again, they just hang up on me. I have the persons phone number but no one wants to help me so I won’t help you! Hope he owes you a lot and that you have to write it off. Your number is now blocked so now the one person that could help you recover your money is now inaccessible. If I ever wanted to deal with your company (which I never have) after this I won’t touch you, and will spread the word to anyone who will listen to me!!
