On the 10th October I wrote a review about receiving a statement with R30.20 to be paid by 30/09/2019 and my balance was R0 so I asked dies one’s account incur interest if the balance is R0. A day later I received paid up letter from you.

12 days later I receive another statement stating the very same issue I raised 2 weeks , R30.20 to be paid by 31/10/2019 like how ??

I am tired of raising this, HOW *********** CAN A COMPANY BE??
