*********** Heartless Customer Service

I have never seen such a terrible company they are a bunch of *********** fools, some how they convinced by 70 years old mother who struggles to hear and has been their client for over 20 years to purchase a Hisense fridge. She collected the fridge from the Maponya mall showroom on the 20th of November 2020, but the fridge never worked. We called the call centre so many times and everytime they refuse to speak to me and insist on speaking to the account holder even after I inform them she is here with me but sstruggles to hear, Zukiswa, Bradley, Lynette are such terrible human beings. To cut a short long story short to this day the fridge is still standing in her kitchen NOT WORKING. She is so heart broken and cries everyday due to the stress of this fridge.

I hope someone with common sense will read this and contact me to assist an old fragile grandmother who has been a loyal client for many years.
