Hello, I have a complaint. My account has been handed over to straus daily, they offered 30%, I made a payment a month and few weeks ago , till Today I'm still waiting for paid up letter and credit removal. When I do follow up with straus, they say they have forwarded homechoice an email of proof of payment and awaiting your reply Now, when I call homechoice, they give me wrong numbers for legal department. It's been a month trying to get hold of them, but I couldnt. This is messing up my life. I am very unhappy with the service 😡😡😡😡😡😡

Homechoice hasn't contacted me, I'm trying everyday to get hold of them, still nothing. They never called nor responded. Legal department's phine is not answered. Been waiting on the line for 20 minutes!! 😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬
