*********** Delivery company you working with Courier IT

I'm not happy abou the courier company you're using, Courier IT, they are not competent. Friday on the 8th July 2022 I was supposed to receive my parcel, I was not home I advised I will collect on their offices.

I went there on a Saturday and I was not allowed to collect. Now when I'm calling them today they giving me stories saying they need your authorisation to deliver today. I need that parcel to day and I'm not going to pay extra charges for that
