The customer service is *********** and useless. I have been calling them for the past 6 months to help me resolve the problem i have with login online but no one seems to know what to do. I have been taken from pillar to post and the last time I phoned I was kept on hold and told that the person who's supposed to help me is on lunch they will call me back. It's been days now, I'm still waiting for their call. I was told that they open thousands of accounts daily maybe there's something wrong with my computer.
