I have just about had it with Homechoice agents , I am still waiting on my order since olwethu promised it would be delivered asap due to a system error ,yet still no feedback from her. Then on Saturday I had to deal with shireens incompetence and rudeness because all she did was speak over me and please listen to the call if you may , she doesn't belong in customer service , her call back was to say it will be delivered today . when I called back today the young man I spoke to without reading his notes said delivery takes 7-14 working days . now please understand my frustration when I have to deal with people not knowing what they doing at 37 weeks pregnant I need to raise my blood pressure over incompetence.
