I’m still waiting for Kenneth to call me

I went to Homechoice on the 13th of January 2021 to ask about the 23000 why is it still showing I met Kenneth who even gave me the statement because I never even receive the statement he explained what happened he said the legal team has s****ped this 23000 I only owe 2700 I wanted to pay but he said I can’t pay he needs to ask their legal department first he was on call for a long time I left my numbers for him to call me but he never called me yet
