I'm disappointed with Homechoice

Last year 2022 February 22 they have said I have ordered blankets which I didn't receive nor order, and shocking news on 2022 February 24 they said I received, I have contacted homechoice regarding this issue, I contacted ***** department and they promised to solve the matter, the whole 2022 I have contacted them they said they are busy, but 2023 February only news I received from homechoice is when they handed me to lawyers, but I end up telling them I didn't order blankets nor received, I send them Affidavit as they requested. Now I am handed can please Hello Peter help me
