Homechoice are taking money out of my bank account. I do not have an account and have never bought from them.I've approached them, but all I get is we are escalating your complaint , and everytime I foward the imformation all I get is a request for further information. The first month they took over R500 from my acount, I got my bank to reverse this and asked them to block Homechoice, looks and behold month two the took double the amount off, so I asked the bank to reverse the transaction again, costing me R40.00 in bank fees no wonder the bank is not Interested in helping...Does anyone have any advice for me

04 Mar 2021, 13:22I have been providing further details, but nothing positive is hapening. Surely it should be a simple matter to trace the payment on your side. It was easy enough to trace the fact that I'd clawed the first payment back, and do a double debit the second payment. Please treat this matter as urgent you have been investigating for over a month without result, except to cost me more bank fees.
