Ignored after a review

I really don't understand homechoice .what kind of busness is homechoice exactly when I think of them I feel like throwing up.After my last review I was told that they will contact me and correct what went wrong ,but till today no one has contacted me worse part they have decreased me credit .The only calls im getting from them is when they are selling their products .I really hate them
