I want my tv *****s

I bought a tv and other things at homechoice. When the TV was delivered the wrong *****s were delivered for the stand. I logged a call over the phone and asked for the right *****s to be sent. I was told the *****s will be sent and I also enquired about picking up the *****s from the shop I was told I can also go to the shop. I went to the homechoice in Johannesburg and I was not helped as the people were clueless. I dont know where to go now if the phone reporting does not help and even going to the shop does not help. I need the *****s ASAP
