I want my REFUND!!

This is really pathetic, I was soooooo exited to order things from homechoice and to do so in the future, but you will not see me again!! I have send my parcel back, and can see that you have received it on Monday, i have phoned numbers of times with no answering, i have send emails on emails, with no response, I want my refund before Friday or i will go to my lawyer, who is my boss by the way and i showed him my things you guys will get in really trouble!!
