I want my paid up letter!!!
You were very quick to harras me seeing that my account was in arrears. Now that I have paid up my account I'm having difficulty getting my paid up letter.
Please can you forward my paid up letter so that I can close my account with HomeChoice.
I have send emails and phoned but no feedback.
How difficult is it to print a paid up letter?
Please advise.
