I WANT MY MONEY ********!!!!

I bought a 5 piece quilt set online on the 13th of Feb 2021 and paid cash using their " Credit, Cheque or Debit Card" option because I know the money goes through immediately with all the companies except for them. Why put a system in place that is not working for you. They say I should have used a certain reference number when making that payment. Hello! Dah! The is no space for that. When using that option, you just enter the card details and that's it. That system should quote the reference automatically the second you choose it. Whichever company it is that did that system for you, they failed to program their things properly and that is not my problem. Now they are telling me they can't trace the payment after so many number of days. I called my bank and they confirm that the money is with them, it was banked on the 16th. They requested proof of payment and I sent them bank statement since my bank cannot issue proof of payment for purchases. Still they are quiet. They promised that the "manager" will contact me, I'm still waiting. What is so difficult about tracing the money using the reference number displayed on the statement. My statements update on the 12th of each month and the purchase was made on the 13th. The money does not display on the statement but I sent them the interim statement from the bank. Where should I get the other statement now.

I just want my money now cause clearly they are failing.
