I want my delivery

Logged the below on the 12/06, called homechoice for feedback because 7 days have long passed, I get told my an agent, Inshaan, who is the most unhelpful person I have ever came accross, that this was never logged, I have a few more dayes to wait. SHe refused to give me any details besides her name, apperently there are no mamangers willing to assist with escalations.

For as long as you use Fast and Furious for your deliveries, I will not be ordering anything from Homechoice. I have been dealing with FNF for a week now and they cannot find my consignment. Called Homechoice and the agent ,Candice ,advises that she is so sorry for my issues but I should wait for 7 days before I know thing, cause the 7 days I already spent dealing with this courier means nothing to them.
