i ordered two shoe wracks from homchoice.the other one came with hooks but the other shoe wrack did not have hooks.i called and informed them,the agent spoke to advised me the right department will call me to arrange how i get them.after two weeks i called them to advise that i haven't got hooks for the other shoe wrack the lady who picked up my call advised me that am not supposed to get hooks,i asked her how do you buy a car with no wheels,does it make sense to her and the other shoe wrack came with hooks it doesn't make any sense.on Friday i messaged them on Facebook they telling me same **** that am not supposed to get hooks i have to by them my self.i am so disgusted and hate this shop.
