I ordered something from them and a friendly consultant called me, he explained that it will take 14 days for the order to arrive, it has been more then a month and I haven't received the order

I ordered something from them and a friendly consultant called me, he explained that it will take 14 days for the order to arrive, it has been more then a month and I haven't received the order. Each call I place to home choice is met with various different answers as no one is able to assist me with any information. I've sent emails as well, to which I've received no reply.
