I need my stove. I am suffering.
I bought a two plate stove last year 2020. I had a problem with it in December same year, one plate was nolonger working. I called homechoice but they delayed and collected the stove this year, 2021 February. Now its end of March 2021, i have not heard anything from them. They are quick to deliver when buying but it takes them months to assist you have a problem. I am not happy with their service. I am not sure if i can advise anyone to buy from them. Currently i use firewood to cook.
