I need my refund and let them cancel the other order for blankets

Very bad service .At the beginning of May 2020 I ordered duvet cover and blankets vie telephonically , they told me they will be delivered in within 14 days . Only to find out that they were fooling me .It took them like 4 weeks to deliver that's the 1st bad experienced I received from Homechoice . Now at the beginning of June I received my parcel one of two .I only received the duvet cover then they said I will receive my other parcel for the blankets within 14 days again which it them forever to deliver .I end up cancelling that order for blankets .Come June the 25th they deducted for both items , I called them to refund me since I never received the other parcel , of which they did that without hesitation , with a week I received my refund .Now it's July again they did debit for both items.

Now when I'm trying to call them they telling me that they did deliver those parcels for both of them and I've never received the blankets . So I was told to fill up some other forms for ***** . I want my money and let them cancel that order for blankets .
