I'm waiting for my order!

So I placed an order and made my payment in full on the 22nd of December 2014. I didn't hear anything from Homechoice until about a week ago when a man calls and says he will deliver half of what I have ordered. When I ask when the rest will be delivered, he says he doesn't know. How can I wait for more than a month for a delivery and finally when it comes it comes in bits and pieces. Its even more irritating because nobody even calls to apologize or explain reasons for delay. I called the call center 3 times and everytime an agent says I should be hearing from the dispatch people in about a week, clearly a week is longer than I know it to be!<br> <br> This is my first and very last time using this supplier and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Poor service delivery!!!! So, the wait continues...ugh!
