I dd not get what I ordered so I won't pay

I'm so disappointed with homechoice last year I ordered a baby set 5 piece I dd not receive it I told them I dd not received it it been long I don't need it anymore it was 649 if I'm not mistaken, when they call I tell them the same thing and they say they will fix it till today and when I check my credit I own them money for something I dd not get and the installment is always increasing I don't know wht to do nw because they call everyday and demand me to pay when I explain they say they still investigating
