I cant afford a roof over my head thanks to Homechoice incorrectly listing an account on my name

<p>I am in process of buying a home, I get a great surprise today to hear I "OPENED AN ACCOUNT WITH HOMECHOICE" in Aug 2015 and is now in arrears impacting my credit score, what the heck! I dont own this account and have never had one. I dont know what or who authorised this but dont you have your new accounts process in place to not allow this *****??? i NEED THIS REMOVED ASAP or else I will be homeless.</p>
