I bought a heater in march last year it was hot i didn't use it in winter i only use the heater twice the on and off button did work properly. I inform them about the issue. They didn't respond until i stopped paying them. After 2months of not paying i discovered that my name was listed as bad payer on credit score so i decided to settle the heater that was not working. After few months homechoice came to collect the heater for repairs. It stayed there until early this year. I took the heater back hoping it was fixed. Only to discover the heater is still having same problem. I informed them again about the issue. They told me that the warranty for the heater is over. Mind you they took it for repairs for months and return it in summer hence i couldn't check it properly as it was still hot. I want people to know how bad homechoice is.
