How long does it take to get a paid and clear my name.

I paid up my account from homechoice three weeks ago but I still wait for my paid up letter, I was told that the letter only take three to four days. I am calling daily to send me my letter and clear or update my name but my name is still listed by them.

Please help because this affect my life
