Horrible Service from Homechoice.

Homechoice is the worst company to deal with. i placed an order in April and till today it has not been delivered. I called them on Monday and the lady said that i will get my delivery by the end of the week. so i then called them today and Zandile Mcinga after being rude and abrasive, she placed me on hold for over 5minutes and then came back to tell me that she has logged an inquiry because she does not know where my order is. i asked her the cancellation process and she wouldn't tell me what to do to cancel. She told me that i must wait another 7days and then if i want to cancel if the delivery guys come, i can then refuse to sign for the delivery then they can take it back to the warehouse.

the girl does not have any customer care s****s at all. she totally spoke over me and she didnt have any care that i have been waiting for almost a month and now i must wait another 7days. i am completely appalled by how i have been treated by Homechoice and Zandile Mcinga in particular. I want to cancel this account with them. i put it on record that she must cancel that inquiry and she must cancel my order with them. i dont want any dealings with Homechoice at all. i just dont. if there was an issue with my order, the first lady should have escalated it on Monday, but instead, she **** just to get me off the line. then today i had to deal with this rude girl. i am done. Homechoice, if you care to read this, CANCEL MY ORDER. I DONT WANT TO DEAL WITH YOU ANYMORE.
